Ok, I have this eyeshadow pan color in my makeup kit that I am realizing I do not like and hardly ever wear. I give all my makeup a chance to redeem itself, but this color just isn’t working for me. It’s a drugstore eyeshadow color from maybelline. The color is not pigmented enough, and is a bit chalky in my opinion. No matter the technique I use to build the color it just doesn’t build and doesn’t do my eyes and skin tone justice. I don’t even like the texture that much. It’s suppose to be a lid color, but it comes off more like a brow bone highlight and it still doesn’t do me any justice. It just makes me skin look ashy and looks cheap on me to sum it up better.

What should I do with an eyeshadow color I don’t like? I don’t wanna give it to a friend or sell it as I don’t believe in giving away used makeup UNLESS its mineral makeup in a jar thats another story.
The color eyeshadow feels like its a really bad bootleg version on Mac’s “Woodwinked” eyeshadow single. In fact I would buy the same color again, but from MAC as the texture and pigmentation is better.
The color I want to throw away is VERY pretty in the package, but is also VERY similar to Mac’s “woodwinked” and I did a compare and contrast and let me say its the same color, but Macs is just more expensive and actually does my eyes and skin tone justice as the pigmentation, glide and texture is MUCH better. So I guess I will throw it out and buy the
